Standard Full-Home Inspection
A thorough inspection of the home's major
systems, this inspection covers the systems that make the home
habitable. This visual inspection includes over 300 items, from the
foundation to the roof and all the major systems of the house
including electrical, plumbing and heating/air conditioning. The
inspection takes between 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the size of
the home.

Condominium/Town Home Inspection
Like houses, condos and townhouses should also be
inspected before purchase. The inspection of the condominium or
townhouse interior reviews the structure, mechanical, and plumbing,
electrical and heating/AC systems within the unit, along with any
built-in appliances. This inspection takes 2 to 2 1/2 hours to
complete and will provide you with the knowledge to make an
informed purchase.
Duplex/Multiplex Inspection
We provide comprehensive inspections for
multi-unit properties (duplexes, multiplexes, etc.). Similar to a
standard home inspection, this inspection reviews all visible
aspects of the structural components, shared major systems and
individual units of a property.
